Jiangxi Heming Group was founded in 2011. It is a modern pharmaceutical group whose core business is the research, development, production, sales, and distribution of pharmaceuticals and medical devices. The group's subsidiaries mainly include Jiangxi Heming Group Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Jiangxi Heming Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Jiangxi Chengzhi Yongfeng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Jiangxi Nanchang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., 
Hainan Hu Heng Medical Devices Co., Ltd., and Jiangxi Lao Zongyi Medical Devices Co., Ltd. The group has cooperated with large tertiary hospitals in building preparation centers such as the Jiangxi Provincial Children's  Hospital Preparation Center and the Jiangxi Provincial Maternal and Child Health Hospital Preparation Center.
In 2019, the group was elected vice chairman of the Precision Traditional Chinese Medicine Professional Committee of the China Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The group has a complete range of industrial manufacturing lines and sufficient production capacity, covering eight dosage forms: capsules, oral liquids, syrups, tablets, granules, decoction pastes (including traditional Chinese medicine extraction), mixtures, and lotions, all produced in standardized workshops.

The group has a rich portfolio of marketing products, with more than 110 drug approvals, including over 40 varieties covered by medical insurance. These products span traditional Chinese medicine, chemical drugs, and Chinese-Western compound preparations. Among them, "Huaji Oral Liquid" and "Shenbao Mixture" are national protected varieties of traditional Chinese medicine; "Jinquan Tonglin Oral Liquid" is a national Class III new drug in traditional Chinese medicine; "Compound Pipa Syrup" and "Compound Gouteng Tablets" are exclusive products; "Guibu Dihuang Oral Liquid" and "Fule Capsules" are nationally unique dosage forms. In 
1997, Nanchang brand "Shenbao" won an international gold award. Other widely recognized products include "Dandelion Granules," "Shengmai Yin," "Compound Beidougen Acetaminophen Tablets," "Snake Gall Citrus Peel  Tablets," and "Xiaor Keichuanling Oral Liquid."

Among these, "Ju Bei Mixture" is a non-prescription drug with annual sales exceeding 300 million units, while "Huaji Oral Liquid" has been on the market for 30 years, with cumulative sales surpassing 10 billion units.
