Jiangxi Nanchang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
Jiangxi Nanchang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Nanchang Pharmaceutical) was originally established as Nanchang Pharmaceutical Factory in 1969, with funding directly allocated and approved by the Jiangxi Provincial Revolutionary Committee (now the Jiangxi Provincial Committee). It was a state-owned enterprise. In the late 1980s, Jiangxi Nanchang Pharmaceutical Factory came under the jurisdiction of the Jiangxi Provincial Pharmaceutical Administration Bureau and was recognized as a leading enterprise in Nanchang County. In 2004, the company was restructured and renamed Jiangxi Nanchang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
In 2022, Jiangxi Homing Group strategically reorganized Jiangxi Nanchang Pharmaceutical. After the reorganization, the group formulated a comprehensive plan for Nanchang Pharmaceutical, continuing to increase investment in scientific research and initiating the construction of the Jiangxi Nanchang Pharmaceutical Biopharmaceutical Industrial Park. The group is focusing on developing the "Nanchang" brand and aiming to create 3 to 4 blockbuster products with annual sales exceeding 100 million.
From 1984 to 1985, Nanchang Pharmaceutical Factory was recognized by the Jiangxi Provincial People's Government as an "Advanced Unit of Industrial Enterprise Economic Efficiency" for two consecutive years. In 1997, the Nanchang brand "Shenbao" won an international gold award. In 2014, the "Nanchang" brand was named a famous trademark in Jiangxi Province. In 2015, Nanchang Pharmaceutical was awarded the status of a high-tech enterprise.
Nanchang Pharmaceutical has a rich portfolio of products, with more than 40 drug approvals.Its product range includes traditional Chinese medicine, chemical drugs, and Chinese-Western compound preparations. Notably, "Compound Gelsemium Elegans Tablets" is a unique product, and "Fule Capsules" is a nationwide exclusive dosage form that has been effectively used in gynecological clinical applications for decades. Other widely recognized products include "Xiaoer Ganji Tang," "Yangxue Danggui Syrup," "Compound Goat Horn Granules," "Ganmao Qing," and "Ketuling."
