Jiangxi Chengzhi Yongfeng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of He Ming Group, is a pharmaceutical company specializing in the research and development and production of traditional Chinese medicine oral liquids. Its output, quality, and research and development technology of traditional Chinese medicine oral liquids are leading in the province, and it has been awarded the honor of "Jiangxi Provincial Engineering Research Center for Traditional Chinese Medicine Mixtures." As a company established in 1976, whether it is donations during the epidemic for epidemic prevention and control, or the work of jointly building teaching and internship bases with colleges and universities such as Jinggangshan University, it has always been working tirelessly to practice its corporate social responsibility and contribute to social development.

 

During my internship in the quality department of Chengzhi Yongfeng Pharmaceutical period , I was fortunate to receive the careful guidance of many experienced senior colleagues. Their rigorous work attitude, superb professional skills, and high sense of responsibility deeply touched me. With their help, I not only learned how to correctly use various testing instruments and analysis methods, but also mastered how to analyze and solve practical problems in encountered of various problems. They taught me that quality work cannot tolerate the slightest negligence, and any slight oversight can lead to serious consequences.

This internship experience opened a door for me to the field of pharmaceutical quality management, making me move from theory to practice, gaining many valuable experiences and profound insights ， becoming a precious asset in my life. It has enabled me to make significant progress in both professional knowledge and practical skills, and has also given me a deeper understanding and love for pharmaceutical quality management work. In my future studies and work, I will continue to strive to improve myself and contribute my part to the development of the pharmaceutical industry.

During my internship in the Quality Control Department ( QC ) of Jiangxi Chengzhi Yongfeng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., I deeply participated in the inspection work of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products, focusing on thin-layer chromatography ( TLC ), high-performance liquid chromatography ( HPLC ), ultraviolet spectrophotometer ( UV ) and other technologies' operation and data analysis. This experience not only allowed me to master the core skills of drug testing, but also reshaped my systematic understanding of drug quality control—quality is not tested, but designed and produced, but testing is the last line of defense for quality.

QC The internship is like a "quality marathon"—learning gives me knowledge reserves, and practice hones my ability to solve problems and resilience. In the future, I will carry the enthusiasm of "lifelong learning" and the rigor of "zero tolerance" to practice the belief of "data has temperature, quality has responsibility" in the pharmaceutical field.

This internship experience has convinced me that: a true quality guardian can not only use a microscope to discern the slightest difference, but also use a telescope to foresee systemic risks. The three-month internship at Chengzhi Yongfeng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is like a slowly opening window, allowing me to see the rigor and warmth behind drug quality control. This internship experience, I am both a clumsy apprentice in the laboratory and a traveler exploring the path of pharmaceutical research. In each trial and error and solving doubts, I have a deeper understanding of this profession. Standing at a new starting point in the pharmaceutical industry, I will remember the experience of my internship at Chengzhi Yongfeng Pharmaceutical, carrying the spirit of seeking "The road is long and arduous," and move forward firmly on the path of pharmacy. At Jiangxi Chengzhi Yongfeng Pharmaceutical, what moved me most was the excellent colleagues here. Their hard work and strict requirements for work deeply infected me. Especially in the work of drug quality inspection, they cannot tolerate the slightest mistake and always demand themselves with the highest standards. From them, I learned professional knowledge and skills, and more importantly, I learned the dedication and responsibility to work. At the same time, they are very simple and lovely. After work, we share the bits and pieces of life together, help each other, and grow together. The delicious meals carefully prepared by the canteen aunt also made me feel the warmth of home.
