On December 11, 2025, the 2026 Business Planning Meeting and “Strong Start” Deployment Conference of the Brand Division of He Ming Group was grandly held in Chengdu, Sichuan. The group’s chairman, the management team of the Brand Division, regional managers from across the country, and other core key personnel—numerous sales elites—gathered together to review the past, plan for the future, build consensus, and pool their strength to achieve the new performance targets for 2026.

 

 

The conference kicked off amid a solemn and mission-driven atmosphere, marked by the recitation of the Oath of Ming. The Chairman of the Group delivered the opening address first, highly praising the Brand Division’s resilience and fighting spirit demonstrated in the complex market environment of 2025. He also provided an in-depth analysis of the current industry landscape and the Group’s marketing strategy direction. The Chairman emphasized that 2026 is a pivotal year for the Group to achieve leapfrog development. As the market pioneer, the Brand Division must remain firmly confident, dare to innovate, diligently acquire knowledge, hone its skills through hard work, and deeply cultivate the market—always keeping customers at the center and goals as the guiding compass. Only then can we fully implement refined operations and value-based marketing, jointly ushering in a new era of glory for the Ming brand.

 

The meeting moved on to the formal review and planning phase. Li Qisen, Deputy General Manager of the Business Division, conducted a comprehensive and insightful review of the division’s overall business performance in 2025. Through detailed data analysis, he not only highlighted the remarkable achievements and key breakthroughs made over the past year but also objectively examined the existing shortcomings and challenges, providing crucial insights for targeted efforts in the coming year.

Subsequently, Chen Desheng, head of market supervision, conducted a systematic review of the market control measures to be implemented in 2025. The meeting summarized the achievements made in areas such as maintaining channel order, stabilizing the pricing system, and preventing market risks, and emphasized the importance of continuously strengthening standardized market management for the long-term healthy development of brands.

During the core agenda item—the interpretation of the 2026 business plan—General Manager Fan Shengguo of the Business Division provided a detailed explanation of the new year’s strategic objectives, core strategies, key action pathways, and resource assurance measures. The plan focuses on dimensions such as increasing market share, optimizing product structure, deepening brand value, and doubling channel effectiveness. With clear goals and well-defined paths, it has clearly outlined the direction forward for all staff members.

 

In the section on provincial and regional performance reports, the heads of key provinces and regions took to the stage one after another to present reports on their 2025 achievements within their jurisdictions, market operations, team building, and existing challenges. They also provided a preliminary outline of their work plans for 2026. The reporting process featured both a showcase of accomplishments and reflective exchanges, fostering mutual learning and collaboration among different regions.

With regard to next year’s collaboration, the meeting provided a detailed interpretation of the requirements for signing the 2026 customer cooperation agreement, clearly outlining the cooperation principles, key policy points, and procedural guidelines, with the aim of fostering a closer, more stable, and mutually beneficial partnership between manufacturers and suppliers.

 

As the conference reached its climax, the highly anticipated ceremony marking the signing of 2026 sales target responsibility agreements by provincial and regional managers was held with great solemnity. Each regional head, brimming with confidence, took to the stage one after another and solemnly signed their commitment letters. On the evening of the 11th, in addition to the intense and fulfilling meeting agenda, the group hosted a welcome dinner at a well-known hotpot estate in Chengdu—known for its distinctive local flavors—welcoming with fiery enthusiasm, as hot as a boiling hotpot, the sales elites who had traveled from all over the country to Chengdu for the conference.

 

Chart a new blueprint and secure a strong start to the year.

To ensure a strong start to the new year’s performance, the meeting focused on promoting and mobilizing the “Strong Start” plan for 2026. The plan clearly outlines the goals, strategies, key products to be promoted, incentive policies, and activity schedule for the first quarter, calling on all marketing personnel to immediately enter combat mode, seize the initial momentum, and gain a competitive edge.

To empower the team, the conference has carefully arranged a series of internal training courses covering various practical areas such as enhancing business skills, effective customer management, and outstanding public speaking techniques. The instructors have shared their expertise wholeheartedly, and the participants have been fully engaged, laying a solid foundation for boosting frontline operational capabilities.

 

 

During the experience-sharing session, outstanding marketing cases from the “Hundred Teams Battle” promotion campaign—as well as successful sales cases for certain products—were proudly presented. These vivid practices from the front lines of the market provided valuable, replicable, and scalable experiences that greatly inspired the participants’ marketing thinking.

To assess and reinforce learning outcomes, the conference organized an on-site examination covering topics such as product knowledge, the 2026 business strategy, and key milestones throughout the year. In the afternoon of the 12th, the conference entered the solemn stage of recognizing outstanding individuals and teams, honoring those teams and individuals who demonstrated exceptional performance and made remarkable contributions in the 2025 fiscal year. The "Outstanding Meritorious Team" award especially brought the recognition to a climax, setting a benchmark for others to follow and promoting a culture of hard work and perseverance. In addition, through a live lottery draw, several Gold Medal Customer Awards were presented to thank the end-customers for their support, trust, and loyalty toward Mingrun Family’s Jizhi Oral Liquid.

 

 

At the subsequent thank-you dinner, everyone raised their glasses to celebrate together, warmly sharing their feelings and further strengthening team cohesion. Meanwhile, a series of exciting and delightful impromptu cultural performances unfolded in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Colleagues showcased their talents one after another, and the interspersed lucky draws and fun interactive games kept the laughter flowing continuously, creating an atmosphere of joy and harmony.

After two intense and fulfilling days of meetings, the group organized a team-building activity for all staff members. Everyone visited the Leshan Giant Buddha to pray for success and prosperity in the coming year; sampled the region’s signature delicacies; and enjoyed the captivating art form of Sichuan Opera face-changing—a quintessential Chinese cultural treasure deeply rooted in the Sichuan-Shu region. As they immersed themselves in the beauty of both nature and culture, team members encouraged and supported one another, working together seamlessly, which greatly strengthened their sense of unity and belonging. Surrounded by the delightful ambiance of local cuisine and stunning scenery, everyone was able to let go of their tension, recharge for the tasks ahead, and gain renewed energy and enthusiasm to tackle the challenges of the new year.

 

On the 14th, the 2026 Business Planning Meeting and “Strong Start” Deployment Conference of the Brand Division of Hemei Group came to a successful conclusion.
