Auspicious and healthy, prosperous year after year. On January 20th, the 2024 annual meeting ceremony of Homing Group was grandly held in Yongfeng, the hometown of Ouyang Xiu, a beautiful place. All employees of the company gathered together to spend this joyful and unforgettable moment. This annual meeting, themed "Unite hearts and minds, overcome difficulties, uphold the right and innovate, and create new glories," aims to review the past year's journey of struggle, commend outstanding employees, and look forward to the future, gathering strength and clarifying direction for the new year.
At approximately 3:30 PM, the annual meeting commenced with the playing of the majestic national anthem; first, Cai Wei, the executive deputy general manager of Chengzhi Pharmaceutical, led the recitation of the Homing oath, the resounding oath resonating in the hearts of every Homing person.
Following this, the annual meeting entered the exciting awards ceremony. Zeng Xionghui, the group's vice president, announced the winners of the group's 2024 advanced collective and individual awards, commending the outstanding teams and individuals of the past year. The winning teams and individuals accepted their awards on stage to warm applause, receiving certificates of honor and bonuses from company leaders. These award winners are outstanding representatives of all company employees; they have demonstrated exceptional professional abilities and dedication at their respective posts, making outstanding contributions to the company's development. Their excellent performance also inspires every employee present to take them as role models in the new year, working hard and striving for excellence.
Next, the group chairman presented the Best Partner Award to the group's partners. The host solemnly invited representatives of the award-winning partners to give speeches. The presence of the partners added luster to the annual meeting, and we thank them for their continued trust and support.
Then, Mr. Zhao Xiaoming, the group chairman, delivered an enthusiastic speech. The chairman first expressed his heartfelt gratitude to all employees for their hard work over the past year and extended a warm welcome to all partners. He then reviewed the achievements the company had made in the past year. In the past year, despite fierce market competition and a complex economic environment, the company maintained a steady development trend. These achievements were inseparable from the hard work and selfless dedication of every employee. At approximately 4:18 PM, the annual meeting hosts Guo Yu and Zhou Chaolin announced the start of the gala. The diverse artistic performances pushed the atmosphere of the annual meeting to a climax. Programs carefully prepared by employees from various departments were presented in a dazzling array, covering various forms such as songs, dances, and musical instrument performances. The dance "Gong Xi Fa Cai" performed by Liu Yan and others from Chengzhi Pharmaceutical, with its energetic dance moves and festive atmosphere, got the whole audience excited; the dance "Frog Dance" performed by Wang Qi and others from Homing Finance, with its lively and lovely appearance and cute dance moves, made everyone laugh; the dance "Good Luck is Coming" performed by Zhou Dan and others from Nanchang Pharmaceutical, with its graceful dance moves and wonderful choreography, won rounds of applause from the audience. The dance "Chui Zhaolei" performed by Wu Yuhua from Chengzhi Pharmaceutical and the dance "Su Wei" performed by Zhang Yin and others from the pharmaceutical company, with their explosive music and passionate dances, pushed the atmosphere of the gala to another climax. In addition, there were also touching song performances and wonderful musical instrument performances by employees, fully demonstrating the multifaceted talents of the company's employees and reflecting the company's rich and diverse corporate culture.

At approximately 6:18 PM, the annual meeting banquet began. The chairman proposed a toast, thanking everyone for their contributions throughout the year. Homing is a common cause for all of us, and for the better future development of Homing, we must continue to work hard. During the banquet, led by the chairman, leaders from various centers and sales departments of the group sent red envelopes in the annual meeting group. Everyone ate delicious food, excitedly and nervously grabbed red envelopes, drank, and looked forward to receiving red envelopes year after year.
At the end of the annual meeting, the chairman led all employees in raising their glasses to toast to the bright future of the company. Everyone ended this joyful and moving annual meeting with laughter and joy.
